We understand that busy entrepreneurs sometimes require a varied skillset to help them succeed. Managing a team of help can be exhausting in itself, so our model of virtual assistance is meant to create fluidity within your day to day requirements of getting things done.
For clients who require website builds, we aid navigating a possibly confusing new online territory and render it simple, clear and organized to use/manage yourself.
We love to use CMS services (Shopify, Wix, Weebly, Wordpress, Squarespace, etc.) so that you can take control once your business digitalization is complete.
If your requirements are varied, you’ve landed in the right place. We are happy to take care of the tasks you don’t want to and whittle down your daily to-do lists.

Meet Allison
the founder of DigitAide
I’m a dynamic person with many interests and have worn many hats professionally. I believe diverse life and work experience make up the best kind of assistant due to the requirements of a very varied clientele and task set!
I have a corporate business development background in e-commerce, have mastered customer service roles with administrative functions and have a degree in website and graphic design.
I ran my own massage therapy business and website for 15 years, along with selling my crafts on Etsy for the last decade. I’ve enjoyed creating many websites for clients and performing VA services, making creative content, doing e-mail marketing campaigns, assisting with social media posts, re-vamp’ing websites and figuring out more complex integrations, along with many more challenges!
I adore creating, helping and troubleshooting.
I am also bilingual in English/French.
